Southern Building Showcase Homes:

Going on Five Years of History

Since 2005, the Southern Building Show has presented demonstration high performance green homes to building professionals through tours and publications.  Our first project, the EarthCraft Remodeling showcase was followed in 2006 with the first New and Renew Showcase projects.  2007 featured the EarthCraft/TecHome Showcase house, and the 2008 project, Ecolumina, was the first LEED certified showcase project.  Each project has received broad publicity through magazine articles, awards, website exposure, and through tours and events held during and after construction.  Please take some time to learn more about the history of this program and the wonderful homes that we have presented to the industry.
