Delta ® Dry is applied to the walls of the house shingle style as an impermeable membrane that provides two sided drainage through its dimple and groove design.

The Delta® Dry application is now complete and ready for the installation of windows and doors. This barrier keeps the water that inevitably works its way through the siding and brick to drain down and out of the wall assembly. The Delta ® Dry allows air to circulate through, removing any residual moisture, virtually eliminating the possibility of mold and water damage in the walls.

Flexible window flashing is integrated into the Delta® Dry to maintain the integrity of the drainage plane.
Marvin windows and exterior doors are installed, carefully flashed to the drainage plane. Low E, Argon Filled insulated glazing blocks much of the heat gain during the cooling season, and the high performance weatherstripping reduces air infiltration through the units. The cornice work is almost complete, ready for paint and the installation of brick veneer.

The PEX water supply piping system by Vanguard provides rapid hot water to all plumbing fixtures through a manifold system. Each individual fixture in the house has its own cutoff, allowing for easier maintenance. PEX piping goes in faster than copper in continuous runs from the manifold to the fixture, eliminating the time and costs required to solder joints. The pipe is also a better insulator than copper, maintaining the temperature of hot water in the lines longer.

High efficiency forced air gas furnaces with electric air conditioning will provide the heating and cooling for the house. All ductwork and plenums are carefully sealed with mastic to ensure a high performance system.

All ducts are protected from debris and dirt from the initial installation through to completion to assure a clean and undamaged duct system when the house is occupied.
