Interior trim is stacked up and ready to be installed. Provided by ECMD, the trim is a combination of factory primed MDF and finger joined white pine. Using trim made of wood by-products and smaller pieces reduces the amount of old growth lumber required to build the home.

ECMD door casing, made from finger joined white pine, provides an attractive and sustainable finish, ready for painting.

The shop-built staircase from Southern Staircase is almost complete with the oak rail and pre-painted wrough iron balusters and newels installed.

Box-Beam ceiling trim is assembled from finger joined 1x6 and 1x8 provided by ECMD.
